    Pros

Great place to work with excellent co-workers. Company has been revitalized since Bob Reynolds took the helm. Great overall benefits package.

    Cons

Lower pay compared to similar jobs in the industry at other employers. Departments can be silos and disconnected from the rest of the company.

    Advice to Management

Be willing to pay industry norms for your rock star employees.

    Interview

HR Interview, Manager, Controller. Simple, straight forward. Asked about opinion on current employers, which is not a question that anyone wants to answer. Overall they were nice. Very particular interests and tunnel vision on requirements.
