Great place to work, especially if you like craft beer, as they offer amazing employee discounts for beer ($1 pints), kegs, retail, food, etc. The best part of working there is the staff, I've made lasting friendships with so many people there. Often staff will go there on their day off to hangout on the patio, I can't imagine doing that anywhere else.

Some of the front house staff is very young, so there's some high-school drama, but if you don't let yourself get consumed by it (don't date your co-worker), you're fine.

    Advice to Management

I loved my manager, she took pride in her job and recognized those who worked hard.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Pyramid Breweries (Seattle, WA).

After a brief phone interview with HR, I came in for an in person interview and met with one of the managers. After building basic rapport, she asked me more "get to know you questions." The interview probably only lasted around 30 minutes, and was done in an empty section of the alehouse.
