Great work environment with amazing management and coworkers. I work directly with most of the management and the CEO, it is great to be around such positive and passionate people. The CEO is an intelligent and passionate person who cares about the company's well being.

I have few cons from my experience here at Quake Global.. The work environment is great and at the end of the day you feel like you accomplished something great. It is a very rewarding place to work.

    Application Details

I applied online – interviewed at Quake Global.

    Interview Details

I applied for the job through indeed.com. The company contacted me on the same day to call for an on-site interview. On the day of interview, the recuiter walked me to the meeting room and told me that there would be several interviewers in front of me, including the recruiter and CEO. Only two of them appeared on time. Except for the recruiter, the rest of them hadn't gone through my resume beforehand. During the interview, they asked me something when they came up with questions. The interview didn't look organized well.

    Interview Questions
    • They asked me typical questions, such as "what was my role in the last job," "why did I leave the last job." They also asked me a few little tougher questions, such as "what was your achievement in my last job," "how did I handle conflicts with co-workers." I didn't see more difficult questions.   View Answer
