  • Good company that got caught in change from film to digital cameras and was late to offer the new services possible

Employees work hard and are very loyal. Very casual and open. Good teamwork and not much politics. Most promotions based on what you accomplished, not who you know.

Industry changes have a negative impact and Kodak not willing to make investments to stay competitive. Qualex not really part of Kodak's strategy

    Advice to Management

Take risks. Be quick to seize opportunities. Thinks outside the box. Make changes quickly or be too late to the party

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Qualex (Nashville, TN).

Communicated by email, one interview, two interviewers, very unstructured and didn't ask any questions that would really indicate that I was a model employee. They hired pretty much everyone who interviewed because the working conditions are so horrible that most employees with a respect for themselves quit.

    Interview Questions

    • Asked about theft in the workplace. I'm fairly certain no one knows to answer that theft from an employer is justified.   Answer Question
