Advice to Management
Realize that your employees are not super humans, they need a break and have families to go home to. Going along with that, hire more staff because you have put too much on your current staff and this is why they continue to walk. No one wants to work 11 hour days, with no benefits, with no offered lunch break to clock out on, no rest periods and then to be questioned when you get up or go to the bathroom. Do not yell at your employees for any reason! They are not your children and you need to remember that. Treat them with respect and you will gain respect as well. Interview advice, you need to clearly state your intentions in the interview and explain to the employee what they are getting into.
