    Depending on team, flat work culture. teams are easily accessible. Opportunity to learn interesting technologies

    No recognition for work. No planning of projects. Severely understaffed. Below market salary in certain teams

    Listen to employees feedback. Introduce rewards program. Provide salaries on par with market
