Quantum is well respected in the natural products industry so as an employee, you get to bask in that light. It means that when you go about doing your job, people want to work with you because they know Quantum's culture for integrity. One is treated fairly, the company is loyal to employees and there is a very low turnover rate, The hours are normal, not asked to work overtime very often and there is great regard for one's personal family life. For example if something is wrong at home, you can attend to it with the support of managment and no doc in pay. Advancement is possible if you work for it.
The company is small so there's not much room at the top.
