What is the selection process?

We use a multi-method approach to recruitment and selection in QuickLogic, incorporating telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews and on-line organizational/behavioral questionnaires. Interviews are typically one –one- one and would last from 45 minutes to an hour. Initial interview is usually held over phone if you are not a local resident. Once the phone interview is cleared, we invite you to our office to meet with the team over the course of the day. We not only explore your technical skills, and domain knowledge, but also assess your leadership, and interpersonal strengths. We follow behavioral interviewing process, and like to explore in depth, your performance in different situations.     QL has a great, genuine caring culture. The extended leadership team are smart and business savvy. They involve people in decision making but are not bureaucratic. Company is very focused on growth - both company's and employees

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at QuickLogic (Sunnyvale, CA).


    interviewed with several engineers, overall lasted four hours, after which I walked out with a headache. But payed off, they liked me so much that they called me half less than half hour later while driving home, and offered me a position. The interview ranged from basics to harder questions, designed to make me think and they would see if I can think. Very fair practice, they can't just hire someone who can't think.
