I have been working at Quicken Loans full-time (more than 3 years)Pros
I like working here. The benefits are great and it pays well enough for the level of work I am expected to know and do. No production bonus, but they do have a yearly merit bonus. Fun environment to be in. The Escrow Account Administration team just won the JD Power award for being the best escrow account management team in the loan servicing industry. Pretty standard working hours, 9-6. No weekends. Everyone on the 70+ person Escrow Team seems to know everyone. There is a moderately highly turn over rate on this team, but not because it is a bad team to work on. The turn over rate is because people generally use this team as a launching point into other more 'prestigious' and higher paying jobs at QL because it is easy to get noticed one this team. It has a lot of visibility to other teams. So in conclusion, I would not want to stay on this team for several years, but its a great place to meet some good people and get noticed.
Plus, if you ever want to own a house and have an escrow account, being on this team will provide a lot of knowledge on how the process works.Cons
Not too much to say here. Everyone wishes they got paid more. Everyone wishes they had a cooler sounding job title. Everyone wishes they had things other people had. And everyone wishes they had those things yesterday. My advice to that? Keep quiet, work hard, learn as much as you can about your job, and it will happen. This team is a great place to do all of that.Advice to ManagementAdvice
This part does not matter, it makes no difference. Work hard and good things will happen.RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Quicken Loans.Interview Details
Referred by a friend. Recruiter called me the next day to set up a basic phone interview. Phone interview ended with having to consent to get a credit check. Received a called the same day after the credit check to schedule first in person interview.
First interview was with the recruiter. Basic interview questions... Strengths, weaknesses, working in teams, etc.
Called back next day to schedule second interview with area VP. Second interview consisted of shadowing people in various stages of the mortgage banker position and an interview with the VP of the area. Questions were geared towards the type of person I was. Again strengths, weaknesses, how I could benefit from the company, etc.Interview Questions
