    I worked at Quincy Compressor full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    If you are a person who likes to work overtime, you'll have plenty of opportunities to do that. It's a union shop, so the wages are also good.

    Cons

    It's a lot of repetitive work each day. There is also a lot of times it will be nearing the end of the shift and a supervisor will come up to you and say this next unit, that is half done, needs to go today.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please take more time to show you recognize the work the employees do instead of always only talking about things needing improvements even when the "numbers" are really good.
