I have been working at R2integrated full-time (More than 3 years)
The job was challenging and the people I worked with were enjoyable. The company is clearly not looking to stay stagnant and wants to improve itself as time goes on. There are many great perks working there along the lines of free lunches, benefits, time off, etc.
Deadlines can be tough at times, but that is the nature of the business they are in. I cannot think of any other relevant cons that made me like the job less.
Advice to Management
Once the chaos of adding new agencies to the company settles down, perhaps look inward of how to elevate individuals to management positions to manage larger and more specific sections/teams to operate autonomously. With more work coming in from the new offices, there will likely be areas for experienced employees to move up and take leadership roles.
