    I worked at RCI full-time (less than an year)


    Upper management worked their way up through the company so there is a firm understanding of the inner workings of what occurs at ground level.


    Management has not changed in a considerable amount of time so there is a lot of favoritism and "my country right or wrong" mentality.

    Took online skills test, automated online interview, then in person interview with three people conducted separately. Sent to an awful place to do a drug screen and should have used my better judgment and walked away then.
