    Pros

    Excellent Commission Pay Plan, good salesman can make $800 or better per week.

    Cons

    You better not want much of a life outside of work, every shift is open to close, usually 12 hour day 5 days a week.

    Advice to Management

    Lower hours per shift to a respectable amount 8 or 9!
