I have been working at RN Network full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Always something fun happening--coffee barista, catered lunch, BBQ, Bagel Fridays, Surpise Bonuses, Contests, etc.
People are amazingly friendly, caring, and supportive. The varying personalities, contribute to such a fun atomosphere--working hard doesn't feel like work. You want to do it, because you really like the people you are surrounded by!

    Cons

Only challenge is dealing with the highs and lows of staffing--when you are surrounded by great people, you have the support and acknowledgement to feel fulfilled and successful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

This company is so amazing that the employees take a lot for granted---these perks become habit forming. Perhaps change them up more often, so there's always something new, and maybe those that take it for granted, won't anymore.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks - interviewed at RN Network.

    Interview Details

Round robin of meeting different managers. They kept bringing me back to meet with everyone. They all said different things and I felt over whelmed. I was left in a room alone for more than 30 minutes when they went to find someone else. When she came in she said sorry I did not know anyone was coming. She then asked me stuff she should know about me from my resume. Very disorganized. I should have known.
