I got to do reserve estimation, stuff that I love.
I got free lunch from my boss everytime. I swear. Plus he is such a cool guy he gives me permission to work from home sometimes. The HR guys are good too.
The salary for interns should be increased.
Advice to Management
It's a good place to work. I guess every employee will only look at this company as a stepping stone to another company unless the compensation is increased.

Three rounds of interviews. Will meet multiple individuals within one interview. They will all ask the same questions. One of my interviews the man was not encouraging and he made it known he didn't want to be at the interview, and he was very rude.
