Very relaxed atmosphere, nice location, nice office. They also throw sick conferences every year in Dana Point. All in all, it's a pretty decent place to work and it holds a good presence in California.

Pay is lower than street, there's a very obvious divide in culture between IBD and the rest of the firm. A good amount of turnover from people either getting fired or leaving for other firms.

    Advice to Management

Maybe pay more or find some direction for the firm now that China isn't a thing anymore.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ROTH Capital Partners.

Three rounds of interviews. Will meet multiple individuals within one interview. They will all ask the same questions. One of my interviews the man was not encouraging and he made it known he didn't want to be at the interview, and he was very rude.
