    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at RPC in December 2011.

    Interview Details

    Video conference/in person group interview process. Questions directed at your knowledge of server/vmware/san/MS knowledge. Must be familiar with various technologies for a small to midsize company because you have to be a jack of all trades. Don't expect you to know everything, but expect you to be able to find/or go to the right person to get the answer. Be honest and prove that you can learn.

    Negotiation Details
    Not budging on a 3rd week of vacation, but will give more money. Will cover your first 3 months of benefits but will not tell you this, so push for this coverage if you get an offer.
