    I worked at RPM as an intern for less than a year


    Lots of relevant experience. I was able to travel to different cities around the country and interact with a diverse set of companies/people.


    Company HQ is in a rural area. Not a lot of career opportunities at HQ.

    I applied online. The process took 4 weeks - interviewed at RPM in December 2012.

    Interview Details

    Very thorough. Met with hiring manager twice, then the hiring manager and his boss twice. Did not buy me lunch although the interview occurred during the lunch hour and I was very hungry. Interviewer was dressed very casual
