    Pros

Excellent support staff in most markets. Great opportunities for advancement. Potential to make a lot of money. Excellent training program and decent benefits packages.

    Cons

Minimum weekly hours requirement for store management is upwards of 50+ hours regularly. Not super conducive to quality family time. If you're in a market that is struggling with staffing, true down time is nonexistent.
