A very positive environment for all employees. There are opportunities for advancement with in the company. I would encourage others to seek employment there.
The salary was not competitive to comparable industries or job classifications. There is a very high amount of turnover as well as long hours. 70 to 80 hours is not uncommon.
Advice to Management
Senior management needs to be more competitive with the pricing structure of the company in order to effectively compete. The strategy of differentiation will not work in this industry as long as the product is exactly the same as its competitors.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RSC Holdings (San Antonio, TX) in March 2010.
I have outside sales experience and also have years of construction experience. The company only wanted to interview someone who had rental experience. I told the interviewer that I knew some of the owners of largest contracting companies in San Antonio that really did not seem to mater due to the fact that I did not have rental experience. It seems to me that if I were the comapny I would look past that if it were to get more relationships with big companies.
