Current Employee - SAP Consultant in Moscow (Russia)

I have been working at RUSAL as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Big SAP project, many tasks, great experience. Good balance of work and life - overtime and work at vacations a very rare. Working on remote is common thing in this company.

    Cons

People are nice, but I can't say that they are a team. Company values - very unclear for me. No career - most of SAP Consultants are contractors. There are no free working schedule if you working in office - time when you came to and left out are logged.

    Neutral Outlook
