    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Rabo AgriFinance (Saint Louis, MO) in July 2014.

    Interview

Recruiter and staff were very professional and helpful. Some of the interviews seemed a little short, but I've been asked back for a 2nd interview, so I look forward to more depth. I love their cultural practices and am on the look-out to see how real they are in terms of how they behave as an organization.
