If you work hard, you can move up very quickly in the company. Great benefits for management, with good insurance plan and vacation time, and holidays.

The pay could be better for managers who have been loyal to the company for many years. New managers can come in and make what someone who has been there for 10 years makes.

    Easy Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rack Room Shoes (Charlotte, NC) in April 2015.

One-on-One interview with hiring manager and then met with potential co-workers for a discussion of the duties and responsibilities. Its a great company and very attractive modern campus. The atmosphere was relaxed and professional. I was asked not to wear a suit for the interview but since I had a follow-on interview with a different company I just left the jacket and tie in the car.
