    Pros

Great Management, Good benefits, Fun staff to work with.

    Cons

Open 24 hours, 365. Very fast paced and busy most of the time.
Contracted with Airlines for numerous rooms. Most Airline employees seem to be high maintenance and complain about little things.

    Advice to Management

Employee appreciation as well as competitive pay would go a long way to ensure employee loyalty.

    Interview

Since i had experience from other hotels in the region, it was through referrals that i got the job. it was very easy to get it. but i had to negotiate a little on the salary. there were other lower positions open but i didnt want to take it.
