I have been working at Radware full-time (Less than a year)
The number one pro for me is my lifestyle - because the office is close to home, I have more time in my life for a work/life balance, and that is something that was impossible when working in Manhattan. I like the people I work with. I work in a friendly and collaborative environment with intelligent and capable co workers. The technology that Radware creates is exceptionally high quality.
Adjusting to a foreign-owned business can be challenging, regardless of the culture. Personally, it is not a challenge for me, but I can see how it would take a little getting used to for new employees that have only worked for U.S. -based companies.

Everyone I met at Radware was professional, personable and knowledgeable. Each person welcomed me and made me feel as though I could be a valued member of the team. I left the interview with an excitement about the opportunity.
