    The organization is top notch. The system that is out in place works. Raffetty's has the best server-to-customer-to-back of house flow. The management is on top of every issue and is fair to each employee. Since leaving Rafferty's at the end of 2013, I have worked at 4 different restaurants in Tennessee and Alabama and, by far, Raffery's was/is the most rewarding job I had as a server.


    I'm sure it is by design, but there is no late night life. Becomes pretty slow around 9pm.

    Advice to Management

    Keep to the system. It is working well.
