    Pros

    Great group of people. Great products across all networks. Innovative sales and marketing groups.

    Cons

    Internal communications need much improvement. Reporting systems need to be updated. Small chip on the shoulders of management that the products don't get the respect they should. PS...the customers don't respect any nets...unless you give them their price.
