    Pros

The pay was nice, you got to go on outings with the clients, the training was awesome and informative.

    Cons

It was hard for me to balance school, home life, and the stress of the job

    Advice to Management

There should be more opportunities for advancement especially when half of the staff are in school furthering their education. There should be an opportunity for those who still want to work for the company post graduation.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers (Ypsilanti, MI).

    Interview

Applied online then the recruiter was very persistent for a phone interview and in-person interviewed was scheduled for a few days later. The interview was basic have you ever and how would you react questions and going over my resume. Things went left when they explained that training was at there corporate office in Livonia, MI Monday thru Friday all from around 8-5 pm and even after showing them my school schedule and telling them during the phone interview that I was a full time student they still insisted I see if I could miss class (this was around October or November so Midterms were near).

    Interview Questions

    • Can you attend training at our Livonia location during (insert week) from 8am-5pm Monday to Friday?   1 Answer

    Reasons for Declining

Training was not flexible with my full-time school schedule and they would NOT accommodate me. They even tried to get me to miss class to go to training that was in Livonia.
