The pay is good and competitive and the work is ok.

The hours can be long and hard and at times it seems the company is trying to get too much done with too few people.

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeksinterviewed at Rainmaker Entertainment in May 2010.

    Interview Details

I received a call from the recruiter which lasted a 1/2 hour. He asked me questions about my previous experience. I was then phoned by the VP who supervised the position. This call also lasted a 1/2 hour. She asked me more difficult interview-type questions. I was invited for an interview to meet the management team: 7 people, plus the recruiter. I went from office to office to meet the VPs, some in pairs, some alone. The recruiter did not accompany me. The VPs did not ask me standard questions and no one took notes.
