The pay is good and competitive and the work is ok.

The hours can be long and hard and at times it seems the company is trying to get too much done with too few people.

    Advice to Management

Keep it flexible and reward the artists

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Rainmaker Entertainment (Vancouver, BC (Canada)) in January 2015.

30 minutes interview with the serie and animator director. I sent me portfolio to the recruiter, she phoned me and made some basic questions as available to start and legal docs then she booked the interview for the next week.
