I have been working at Randall-Reilly as an intern (more than a year)

Pay is great. The atmosphere of the office is loving and fun. Mike Reilly, the CEO, really cares about everyone.

Communication throughout the office is weak.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeksinterviewed at Randall-Reilly in January 2012.

    Interview Details

Applied through e-mail, and was asked to an initial interview. Interview was with Lead developer and his boss. Also spoke with HR. Several days later i was asked to a second interview. Before the interview, they cancelled, assuring me it had nothing to do with me. Didn't hear anything for a couple of weeks, then received a call telling me to expect an offer letter within the week. When it didn't arrive, I called and was told that my salary expectations were too high so they weren't going to make the offer!
