    I worked at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    loved the work environment and the involvement of the company/management in employees training and life. there was always an opportunity to grow and develop your skills

    there are no negative aspects that I can think of ,except that maybe they can manage their employees time availability and the overall customer service

    great job ! would love for their to be more increased wages and for the company to expand to the north texas region in the upcoming future

    I applied online. The process took 1+ week - interviewed at Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union.

    Interview Details

    I was called in for an interview and got a call about 4 days later offering me the job. It was a very smooth process. The questions were all pretty straight forward, no curve balls were thrown at me. It was a very easy interview process. They didn't drag out anything.
