    Short term job consisting of mostly data entry for the micromanaging senior management if that is what you seek...


    Stay away if you are serious about your career or sales reputation. Constantly look over your shoulder for an out of the blue sack... More emphasis on data entry than making sales calls. NO commission or sales plans - or profit sharing, as it is called. Micromanagement heaven. A form to fill out a form. Cheated at every turn. Inefficiency galore! Make sure you are attractive and under 30 or "retirement" is just around the corner. Bottom line -- stay far far away.

    Advice to Management

    Take your employees seriously and look for ways to improve retention. You will never make it in some markets without listening to those that know that market. Value the employee and become efficient in your practices. It will go a long way in growing the business. You are settling. You have some great products but your paranoia is holding you back from exponentially better bottom lines.

    Nice enough people, but they need someone to fill them in on US laws. Application form included both a request for my personal medical history and my date of birth! Otherwise the interview was predictable and fair.
