I have been working at Rauxa full-time (More than 3 years)RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEO
Senior people are smart and they've diversified that talent base over the past 2-3 years. Really good, big-name client list. Great locations, nice office space, and lots of good learning/development opportunities for more junior staff.
A bit dominated by one huge client. Communications between management and staff could be much better. A very hardcore sales environment, which is a lot to get used to if you've worked at more typical agencies.
Advice to Management
Put greater emphasis on improving the experience of working at Rauxa, especially for less senior people. Improve training and development opportunities. Communicate more so that people understand decisions and direction more than they do today.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at Rauxa.
Amy contacted me via LinkedIn because she thought my profile was a good fit for a position ThoughtMatrix was trying to fill. From the very first to the very last email, and during our phone call, Amy was not only courteous, prompt, and straightforward, she also took the time to shape the conversation around my specific traits and skills. The communications never felt like forwarded templates. In addition, I could tell Amy was doing her best to present me under a favorable (but not false) light.
