    I worked at Raven Industries

    Pros

Raven's leadership believes that great talent leads to great results. It believes when the community sees the company as an outstanding place to work, people will stay longer and openings will be flooded with applicants. This philosophy created a positive work environment.

    Cons

The vision of the leadership on how to treat people was great, but it was difficult for that to trickle down through all levels of management and to all divisions. Not all supervisors and managers bought-in to the vision, but overall it was embraced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to train managers and supervisors in the leadership ideas promoted throughout the organization.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Raven Industries.

    Interview Details

Submitted resume through their website. Received a call a couple of weeks later to setup phone interview.

At initial planned time, I never received a call, and ended up receiving a call later to apologize for missed interview.

The second time, interview did take place and was very straightforward. Some curveball questions, but none really technical but behavioral.
