    I worked at RazorGator full-time (more than 3 years)


    Good people and a pleasant atmosphere.


    Pay was average. Depending on your department / position things could be hectic because of the nature of business -- online ticket sales, meaning events were always happening everyday of the week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure employees have the right (software) tools to do their work efficiently and don't lose focus on the core business.
