As an intern you do client work, so it is phenomenal experience. The analytics team is really cool, good people and smart people
Feed back is very limited, however, I guess till the time they are giving you alot of work it means you are doing well.
Advice to Management
Provide a performence review every month or so so employees no how they are doing.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at Razorfish Health (Seattle, WA) in February 2011.
Initial phone screen interview with hiring manager, then onsite interviews with hiring manager and other stakeholders. Overall, seems like a nice group of people, but not necessarily the most experienced managers. Have grown up in the dotcom/startup world of no formal process and discipline and not sure they want to go down that path. Got the impression they really didn't know what they wanted in the candidate they were interviewing for.
