Razorfish Healthware is a global leader in digital and healthcare communications. By leveraging a unique mix of insight, technology, creativity, and industry savvy to deliver digital solutions, we are defining the new health experience.
We create the new
You can’t drive change without first knowing what’s already out there. We're explorers - we find what’s missing and what we can improve – and we gather inspiration. Then we bring our discoveries together, combined with our talents, to create the “new.” New ideas. New strategies. New ways of connecting with health and wellness.
We are global thought leaders – meaning we don’t just answer the important questions, we also start new conversations. We write, speak, and publish – on the Web and sometimes even in books. When you’re the one leading the trends, steering the discussions, and defining the new digital health landscape, people seem to want to hear about it.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at Razorfish Healthware in February 2011.Interview Details
Initial phone screen interview with hiring manager, then onsite interviews with hiring manager and other stakeholders. Overall, seems like a nice group of people, but not necessarily the most experienced managers. Have grown up in the dotcom/startup world of no formal process and discipline and not sure they want to go down that path. Got the impression they really didn't know what they wanted in the candidate they were interviewing for.Interview Questions
