    Pros

    The work life balance is phenomenal. Best that is out there. Bonnie has done a great job of turning this place around. HR is so much better, Culture is better, communication is better

    Cons

    Publishing industry is a volatile.

    The interview process was fine. Recruiter was helpful and knowledgeable. the interviewees made it very comfortable during the in person interview.The questions were not hard- very comfortable. They were very open about their bankruptcy which made me feel content.
