Great company, good people, lack of "young" people/colture

I worked at Red Bend Software full-time

Great offices, good salary, challenging work, i would have to say that overall the company is a really nice place to work, both career wise and as an overall experience.

I was looking more for a start-up kind of a software company, and although there is some start-up remains, it's already lost most of it.

there is also a major lack of young people/colture in the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

make the place a bit more fun, it will be worth it in the long run.
