    Pros

    If you are a server and value an awesome company to work for, this is it! They care about you and treat you as such.

    Cons

    I hated that they split from Darden. It could mean that the company is in trouble. I doubt it though, it a long standing brand with a great reputation.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on the customer experience more than your numbers. Being short staffed makes things a thousand times harder.

    Interview with a Front of the House Manager, where they ask you questions and explain the job description and uniform standards. If your references are correct, you'll be scheduled for a second interview with the General Manager, where she will ask you more basic service industry interview questions.
