I worked at Red Lobster part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've worked at a couple restaurants and this was one of the better ones. They follow a system and don't overload you with tables so you can do your job effectively and actually talk to your customers. Dinner shifts make good tips as most tickets are over $100. After shift work is minimal and easy. Good managers and good people to work with.

    Cons

It's waiting tables, so there's that.

    Advice to Management

Communicate with your staff like your one of them not above them, they respond well to that method.
