At Red Lobster, we recognize and embrace individual differences, including those
among guests, employees, business partners and all communities in which we
operate. Diversity is an enriching part of life. So it's critical to success in
a diverse and dynamic marketplace

The heart and soul of Red Lobster is our people. We take pride in bringing the Red Lobster Promise to life for our guests and in creating a supportive work environment where our crew can fulfill their aspirations. Together, we achieve superior results by living our Core Values:

RESPECT - Treat others with dignity; recognize everyone's contributions; embrace diversity.

INTEGRITY - Be open and honest with ourselves and others; always do the right thing.

GENUINE CARING - Listen and seek to understand; see to the well-being of others.

HOSPITALITY - Make every guest feel welcome and special; anticipate their needs.

TEAMWORK - Help each other learn, grow and accomplish more than we could on our own.

EXCELLENCE - Seek to be the best in all we do

FUN - Brighten the day for our guests and teammates and celebrate each other's accomplishments

Our top priority is to always serve our guests the highest-quality seafood.

This commitment begins with quality control and safety standards that have
been recognized as being the best in the restaurant industry. Our Quality
Assurance Team – a dedicated team of experts – work alongside our seafood
procurement team and with the world’s best fresh fish distributors. The team
performs multiple seafood safety checks before and after our seafood arrives at
any one of our more than 700 Red Lobster restaurant to ensure you get
top-quality seafood every time you dine with us.

Further, we partner with both government and independent food safety
organizations like the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Global Food
Safety Initiative (GFSI) to ensure the safety of the seafood we serve.

We also know where our seafood comes from. We only source the highest-quality
seafood from cold and warm water regions, whether it’s live lobster from the
coast of New England, fresh salmon from Norway or one of many wild-caught fresh
fish from the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.

Our commitment to quality goes hand-in-hand with our commitment to sustainable fishing and farming practices. Partnering with organizations like the National Fisheries Institute (NFI) and the Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA), Red Lobster is committed to helping protect the sustainability of the world’s seafood supply. We refuse to serve endangered or over-fished species, such as Chilean sea bass, and participate in conservation efforts like never selling live lobsters that are larger than four pounds.

What’s more, our seafood only comes from certified, sustainable farms.  We require our suppliers to be certified by the Aquaculture Certification Council (ACC) to having been produced according to Best Aquaculture Practices as established by the Global Aquaculture Alliance (GAA).

We invite you to come in and experience our commitment to quality for
yourself. Whether it’s choosing your favorite fresh fish from our “Today’s Fresh
Fish” menu, or selecting your favorite seafood to be prepared over our
wood-fired grill, Red Lobster is the place you can enjoy fresh, delicious
seafood now and for generations.
