    Pros

Easy money, fun environment, flexible scheduling. It's very traditional experiential marketing. If you like people and can sustain enthusiasm -- you got it.

    Cons

Weird scheduling, long drives. You can never really gauge how many hours you'll be getting and this is definitely not meant to be a main, full-time position. But great money for college kids or people who need some extra cash

    Advice to Management

Middle management is way too unorganized

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at RedPeg Marketing (Alexandria, VA) in May 2015.

    Interview

After submitting application a quick 20 minute phone call and then an in-person interview the following week. Arrived at in-person interview to warm greeting, questionnaire and gift bag. Met with CEO, President and EVP. Laidback interviews but HR leader was organized. All three were quite different in what they asked and were looking for in a candidate.
