I have been working at RedPeg Marketing full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Traveling across the country and managing fun events
Well paid salary and industry standard per-diem
    Working with minimal supervision
    Good support from office staff

    Cons

The clients can be unreasonably demanding at times which has caused conflict between the office and field staff. However, for the most part, the office staff would back you up when it came to safety and DOT.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I enjoyed working with the management team.
