+ Career development - no matter what position you start at, you're given the chance to advance/grow, opportunity to attend career development courses
+ Exposure to different fields - you'll have your hand in different areas within your department and you'll interact with different departments so you can get a feel for what they do - this can allow you to hop to a different field if you want to
+ Atmosphere - team outings, company events, out-of-office happy hours, sports teams
+ Summer hours - half day Fridays during the summer
+ Travel for events - engaging with other employees, seeing work come to life
+ Cool mix of different industry events

    - Corporate culture - there's a very specific track that you get placed on and it's a lot of work to move around from it, traditional mindset, the environment is stuffy
    - Very political - you can't speak your mind freely, superiors are always right and lower ranked employees must take blame for mistakes
    - Terrible work/life balance - apart from summer hours
    - Travel for events - very long days on the show floor

    No opinion of CEO
