    Pros

Standard benefits, ok training and resources.

    Cons

Very little advancement opportunity, below average pay for similar sized banks. Lots of back office support is dysfunctional.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Regions Financial.

    Interview

Intimidating at first, but after relaxing the interview went very well. They asked generic interview questions to determine if you were a good fit for the company. Asked if I was okay working Saturday rotation, but made it seem like it would only be one Saturday a month, if that. I usually work 2 Saturdays though.

    • Would you be comfortable working a Saturday rotating schedule?   1 Answer
