CLINICAL LADDER PROGRAM
Our Clinical Ladder Program helps our therapists increase their knowledge – and career potential – by offering a chance for them to attain their clinical goals and then share that knowledge to benefit our patients.
The Clinical Ladder team is viewed as an extension of clinical operations. This team allows RehabCare to expand core program content to a broad, national base to ensure our programs are expanding in the appropriate areas. The development of specific programs in various regions helps us continue to meet our goals of quality patient care throughout the continuum.
- To provide the occupational therapy, speech-language pathology and physical therapy practitioner a formalized method by which professional knowledge, skill development and job commitment can be recognized and rewarded.
- To promote further development of practice expertise in each discipline.
- To promote the enhancement and/or development of marketable and innovative clinical programs which enhance the quality of life for patients.
- To recruit practitioners interested in expanding clinical and professional options, and retain therapists and assistants by assisting them to meet their professional objectives.

I have been working at RehabCare full-time (More than a year)
Good benefits, Continuing education and professional licensure fees covered, HSA account, quality care, guaranteed hours per week, Fortune 500 company.
Productivity expected is high, limited overtime, guaranteed 30 hrs so requires chipping away at PTO to cover living expenses at initial hiring pay.
Advice to Management
Offer more encouragement, job well done for hard work. Reasonable pay increases, not .01 percent to offset less than 40 hours per week.
