I have been working at Reitmans part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

-well overall theirs a good discount 50% off the regular price isn't bad
    -pretty good environment in general
    -interesting visuals
    -great experience
-a good look in the wonderful world of marketing
-with good management everything flows smoothly
    -awesome coworkers
-amazing customers most of the time

    Cons

    to begin they'res a lot of cons to working here for one;
    -the pay is low
-the discount should be off the lowest price of the item
-sometimes the customers are saving more then we do
-when something goes on sale you can no longer where it, like honestly you should be able to wear it until there is none left in the store
-hours given to the employees should not depend on sale cause well if there is no time to do the work how can you make sure the store looks good to sell clothes

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-well if a manager can not manage themselves don't ask them to manage a store
-make sure the workplace is a healthy environment
-have DSM and the DSO visit the stores more often so that they are aware of whats going on in the store to make sure that laws aren't broken on a day to day life
