Excellent opportunity to grow within the company. They always hire within for promotions. Fast pace environment with friendly workers. Company provides great incentives to get more money. Great benefits for 401k, dental, and medical.

High volume of calls that makes it seem like a call center. You deal with very rude customers on the daily. Stressful job at times due to the customer base. Starting pay isn't great but once you get to the Assistant Manager position you are pretty much there to stay. This position does have a high turnover rate due to the stress of the job.

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a dayinterviewed at Reliable Credit Association in June 2011.

    Interview Details

This company only hires through recruiters. I was offered a chance to interview with the branch manager based on my resume. I arranged a time and date with the manager, and arrived in the office with copies of my resume and dressed in a suit.

The interview was very professional; the interviewer was extremely nice and asked difficult questions about past job experiences without being too harsh. After the questions, he outlined the compensation and the various ways one can advance in the company in detail.

Following the interview, I didn't hear back for several weeks. After pestering him for over a month I finally received an offer and accepted. It is essential to follow up multiple times to get this job opportunity, the company loves to see persistence in applicants.
