Remington has struggled slightly with its recent growth, but they have brought on new HR resources to enable managers and those that want to be future leaders of the company to grow both themselves and their departments.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to build up those that you see as future leaders of the company. Doing so will only secure Remington's future growth and success.

    Sales Manager Interview

    Application Details

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Remington Hotels in August 2014.

    Interview Details

Had 4 interviews with the hotel which seemed typical, then received a verbal offer. A week later was told that corporate was taking their time and would receive a offer letter and start date after a week or two, this came and went and keep telling me two more weeks. This went on for two and 1/2 months. Then after all that pushing off and waiting they tell me they no longer want to hire me for this position and want to offer me another one. I have to wait a week for this job information to get to me then they send me an e-mail stating that they are not hiring for the position anymore. All that waiting and lost opportunity on other jobs thinking I had this one. Lesson Learned not to wait, keep looking
