I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at RentPath (Albuquerque, NM) in June 2015.
-A telephone interview with a recruiter.
-A 30 minute face-to-face meeting (Not an interview per se) with the local manager you will report to. You mostly answer basic questions at this meeting.
-A one hour formal interview with the local manager you will report to and a Regional Manager
-The Regional Manager will tell you the hiring decision is made by the local manager, but it is NOT. The hiring decision IS made by the Regional Manager. Thus, address the Regional Manager with your answers, NOT the local manager.
-My interview was on Thursday and I was told they would have a decision by the following evening--I was finally informed of the decision 8 days later.
