I have been working at Reser's

The culture of Reser's is strongly aligned with its family-owned heritage which makes it a very fun place to work. Definitely feel part of a family here and have always been encouraged to put family first at work and at home. Significant growth in the past several years means there is lots of opportunities to get involved with decisions that would skip over you in larger corporations.

Just like at home, families have both strengths and weaknesses. A hands on approach at the executive level means that projects shift quickly based on hallway conversations. Significant growth = Growing pains without standard operating procedures.

I applied online – interviewed at Reser's in June 2014.

    Interview Details

Contacted by email to set up an initial phone screening. The recruiter was very quick to get in contact. I was told that interview would take 30 mins., however it only took 15 mins. at most. Overall the interview was very laid-back and the recruiter was easy to talk to.
