I have been working at Resource Data Inc full-time (more than an year)Pros
RDI is a great place to work, especially if you're starting out in your field. There are a lot of more experienced employees, and the team structure for projects mean that you can glean a lot of information from coworkers, who are all ready, willing and able to help. Project managers are also wonderful. They give a lot of latitude on how you get the work done, as long as it gets done. Very flexible. They have a big commitment to work/life balance and make sure that all employees - from the top on down have the same access to working from home or elsewhere offsite if needed.Cons
Benefits could be a little more robust, but they have been getting better. In the short time I've work there, they added short term disability, which they previously didn't have.Advice to ManagementAdvice

Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Resource Data Inc.Interview Details
Received call from HR to set up initial interview. Next I participated in three phone interviews (one general HR, one general career goals, one technical). Following these I received an offer, then met at the company headquarters to meet management and complete paperwork. I chose my start date for a few weeks following the on site meeting. There was no formal orientation, just a couple of meetings with HR, management, and then project managers to get work assignments.Interview Questions
Negotiation DetailsThe offer was reasonable and I did not negotiate. I believe the company would be very open to negotiations if you felt the need to.Accepted OfferPositive ExperienceAverage Interview
- Very expected questions from HR and the general career goals. The technical interview was conducted by someone who had less experience than me in the specific field and so it was strange in that regard but nothing outside of the ordinary (explain your experience with xyz programming language, this software, that software).
