    -Fun co-workers who truly know how to find a good work/life balance.
    -Great managers who coach you and let you know what your doing great at and what you can improve on.
    -Opportunities for advancement if you stay there at least 2 years and make a big impact.
    -Seems like their is catered food once or twice a month and then other times the marketing team sets up potluck days where everyone bring in something related to the type of food
    -You'll get exposure to a lot of different parts of marketing if you ask. For example, I was interested in Account Management and had the opportunity to bring in some new products and work with clients.
    -The Specials by are doing really well and will likely become the staple of the company sooner than later.


    -The owner has been trying to sell the business for over 2 years and within that time over 30 marketing employees have resigned.
    -There are a lot of smart employees and VP's who have a lot of ideas for success, but are limited on starting new projects due to budget constraints out of their control.
    -Sometime the culture seems a little too relaxed, especially for a company who needs to start improving immediately.

    Advice to Management

    Keep your employees engaged and motivate them to innovate their jobs.
    Keep doing what you are doing, the company wouldn't still be around if it wasn't for your dedication and hard work. Interviews

    I applied online. The process took 6 daysinterviewed at


    Phone interview for about 40 minutes with HR. She was very nice. Lots of questions related to your experience and what you want to do in the future.

    Came in a few days later for an interview. Dressed casual jeans and a button down. Basically had a conversation and was hired the next day.
